- Emotional coaching helps uncover and release hidden stress, trauma, or subconscious patterns that might be affecting fertility.
- Cold training strengthens the body at a cellular level—especially the mitochondria, which power your energy, hormone balance, and metabolism. It’s also an effective tool against insulin resistance, a common but often overlooked factor in both male and female fertility.
Why I Work With Couples (Not Just Women)
Too often, the full weight of "figuring it out" is placed on the woman.
She books the appointments, joins the programs, and tracks everything, while her partner watches from the sidelines.
But conceiving is a team sport.
Whether the cause is physical, emotional, or a combination of both, it takes two.
Real change becomes much harder if one partner doesn’t shift anything (in body or behavior).
That’s why I work with couples.
Transformation and results happen faster when both sides are emotionally and physically involved.
What I'm Not
I’m not a doctor or medical professional.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or promise pregnancy.
Everything I share is based on experience, science-backed tools, and conversations with couples.
If I reach the edge of what I can help with, I’ll say so.
If someone else is a good addition — a fertility specialist, an IVF clinic, another coach — I’ll even make a recommendation if I know the right person.
You’ll get honest, open support.
And you're never locked in.
